Interested in steampunk? Alternate history? Do you like anachronisms? Or are you just a scifi nerd in general and want to see what this strange scifi sub-genre is all about?

Anomaly Con, March 26th and 27th, at the Tivoli in Denver, Colorado!

The deadline for pre-registration has snuck up rather suddenly! We're closing registration today, so if you were interested in coming, today's your last day to snag a spiffy pre-made badge and a ticket to the grand tea event!

excuse me miss, i was wondering where was it that you were able to aquire your wonderful zee captain costume and mask? i would be a great help to me if you could inform me where i could find it, or snippy's outfit and mask if you dont mind.

Well, they came from all over the place, and I'm afraid none of our sources will be very helpful to you. Zee Captain's coat came from our local army surplus store, the hat and goggles from Vitaly himself, and the mask from somewhere on the internet. Snippy's coat I found in my hall closet, the goggles came from a random general store in the middle of nowhere (but check the internet - it's fairly common) and the mask from ebay.

aha! i know there the hat is on ebay (without the star on it but that can easily be fixed with paper and glue) [link]

i raided my dad's wardrobe till i found a coat similar to zee captains (not as many details on it and its alot lighter in colour but its perfect length due to my shrimish height) and i found the glasses, all they need is the purple lens, [link]
im compleatly baffled on where to get the mask and black hood thingy that covers the sides of his face though

Ahh, I wouldn't glue paper on such a beautiful hat! If you don't know how to sew or can't find a good star-shaped platic/metal piece, at least try fabric and fabric glue - it'll look a lot better.

Alas, my Captain cosplayer doesn't remember the make of the mask, but the black hood is simple enough - if nothing else, just drape a very thin cloth over your head.
